Privacy notice
This privacy notice covers the way whatseasonami.app handles your information while you use our color analysis site. No personal details are needed to see if slate looks gray on you or dusty rose brightens your face. Trackers, ads and cookies are never part of our site.
Information we never gather
Filling out a form or creating an account is never required on our site. Photos, your email address and your name are things we never ask for. Only simple questions appear in the color quiz, so your device never uploads anything.
On your phone or computer, your quiz answers remain inside the web browser. Nothing is ever connected to your name. No cookies are set by our site, and no third-party scripts or ads are loaded anywhere.
What do we log each time you visit?
On our own domain, our site counts page views that are anonymous and first-party, plus basic tool events, like finishing the quiz. Cookies and personal identifiers play no part in this, and counting this way shows us the pages that help you most.
When you visit, our web host keeps security logs as well, so the site stays protected. Your browser, your IP address and the page you opened are what these logs record. An IP address is the simple number your connection gets from your internet provider. Your data isn't sold, and it isn't shared for advertising either.
State privacy rights
You get clear rights over your personal data under privacy laws from California and other US states. You may ask a company to fix or erase the data it holds about you, and you're entitled to see it as well. Opting out is also something you can do.
Private records about you aren't something we hold, since personal details are never collected. Still, feel free to email us whenever you want to put your privacy rights to use.
